With almost 20 years of client services and nursing experience, I know what it means to work hard for
yourself and to have to provide for your family. I know what it feels like to work 2 jobs, wake up at 5 am
go to nursing school then, rush to work and make it home a little past midnight. I know that feeling of
trying to provide and ensure your child is doing their homework and hoping they are at the right school
where they can thrive and make lifelong friendships. Lastly, I know what it’s like to have to walk an
anxious patient through expectations of surgery, assist in the procedure and ensure that a patient
understands what needs to be done afterwards.

being courteous and respectful towards others.
